Pleasantville Better than Not-So-Pleasantville

Developer is looking to take 3,200 acres of rural Warren County and turn it into a new community. This of course has residents of nearby areas crying foul. What they aren't realizing is that the facts state that the developer is looking to create a planned community with 1/3 green space and build about 2,500 homes. The land, if not re-zoned, and not sold to this developer would mean that on the same piece of land over 6,000 homes could be legally built with no plan/design.

Seems to me that this is a win for the community. I won't be moving there, though. The houses will START at 350,000 and it's too far from anything else for me.

How Sweet It Is

I made the trip up to Detroit (with what seemed like every other fan that is usually at Paul Brown on Sundays). It's a great stadium, one of the best I've seen around the league (though they do need more restrooms).

First time since I was 15 years old that the Bengals will be heading to post season. Now it's time to win the last two games of the season, and hope that Denver loses one of them, so we can get a first round bye. ----- WHO DEY
