Mentos and Diet Coke - Fountain Square World Record
Fountain Square is set to try to break a world record for the largest Diet Coke + Mentos Geyser. If you haven't seen the EepyBird guys do there performance, it's pretty amazing.
On May 24th they will be coming to Fountain Square to do there best to create the largest geyser ever. And to make it happen they are looking for 500 participants. Register will be at Founatin Square starting at 5 p.m, and will be limited to the first 500. Participants will receive a gift bag with candy, a Mentos Loading Tube, goggles, and a rain slicker. Show begins at 6 p.m.

More Bastards
Check out the new video from the Heartless Bastards! Thanks to Mike Breen at CityBeat for passing it along! Has anyone ever listened to or seen the Heartless Bastards live and not loved them? Heartless Bastards Rocking It
The Heartless bastards continue to rack up the good news. Already announced is a performance at Lollapalooza in Chicago. Now they are one of 15 bands pre-released by Austin City Limits website through an online crossword puzzle. If you are too lazy to fill out the crossword puzzle, you can go to this website to see the lineup announced, as well as the rumored bands.
