Who Dey Rally - But More Important... Regionalism
Downtown Cincinnati Inc, has organized today's Who Dey Rally... as exciting as it is, and as pumped as I am for the game on Sunday, there is one detail in it that I find very interesting.
The Rally lineup includes all kinds of great events, speakers, bands, etc.... but perhaps the most telling about the new make-up of Cincinnati since Mr. Luken left.... on the list of Keynote speakers is not only our new Mayor (Mr. Mallory), but also Newport Mayor Mr. Guidugli and Hamilton County Commissioner Phil Heimlich. I can't think of any event in 4 years under Mr. Luken that the Cincy Mayor, Newport Mayor and a County Commissioner all showed up for the same event to share the stage... very good sign.
