Pandora's Box
Cool website that my buddy Jared pointed me to, called Pandora. It's a product of the Music Genome Project that has 'mapped' out music according to "melody, harmony and rhythm, to instrumentation, orchestration, arrangement, lyrics, and of course the rich world of singing and vocal harmony."
At the site you insert the name of a band or artist, and it plays music from that artist as well as 'like' artists. It's not dissimilar from other products out there like MSN and Yahoo music. However, it does seem to be better at suggesting 'like' artists. it's a great new way to find music... check it out.
