New Northside Neighborhood?
Northpointe Land Company is the primary developer for a strip of land in Northside that was once planned for a colerain ave connector.
The land was given back to the city last summer by the Ohio Dept. of Transportation. And the city selected NorthPointe developer with a 12 month time limit to come up with a plan.
The company is going to the City of Cincinnati Planning Commission to try to get it all zoned SF-2 which would allow them to put up to 32 houses on lots as small as 2,000 Square Feet.
Would be great to see for the neighborhood, and I'd want to take a look myself if I could bring my own developer!
