Pleasantville Better than Not-So-Pleasantville

Developer is looking to take 3,200 acres of rural Warren County and turn it into a new community. This of course has residents of nearby areas crying foul. What they aren't realizing is that the facts state that the developer is looking to create a planned community with 1/3 green space and build about 2,500 homes. The land, if not re-zoned, and not sold to this developer would mean that on the same piece of land over 6,000 homes could be legally built with no plan/design.

Seems to me that this is a win for the community. I won't be moving there, though. The houses will START at 350,000 and it's too far from anything else for me.

What do you mean to far from everything? It is only about 2 miles from your sisters house....
Hi, I was out blogging and found your site. It certainly got my attention and interest. I was looking for monitors information and even though this isn't a perfect match I enjoyed your site. Thanks for the read!
