What a class act, this guy is definitely something special. IMO, a player that is not only talented but truly cares about the fans and community in which he lives is essential to a ballclub and should not have been traded. However, business is business. At least we still have the bengals, right?

Better to have loved a good ballplayer and lost him to another team for some good pitching than to never have loved a good ballplayer at all.
