Banks on Track

Questions involving the $20 Million in federal money to be used for garages at the banks has been answered with a little money manuevering. Looks like the banks is heading in the right direction and hopefully we'll see some dirt moving by end of year.

The contractors are so generous in this project. How many more back room sweet heart deals do we have to pay for before the citizens say no? We'll shuffle around a few million more tax dollars and Smyjunis and Butler can make millions. Thanks to Roberts, Heimlich, and DeWine. How many campaign contributions did this cost? And, what else?
