Bellevue Condos Rising
An already announced project by the Ackerman Group (Harbor Greene) is well under way (you can see it from the Ohio said, right on the river bank in front of UDF). That 106 condo project is being joined by a new project that recently changed hands to add 24 condos in 2 7-story buildings. With the new developer work should begin soon, and they are already preping houses for demolition to make way for the project, further enhancing the riverfront in Bellevue, which should bolster the Bellevue Historic business district.
